I would like to take a question about the Ravager class titan.
Will can you choose it of the rebellion and the paragon side at the Reapers?
Could you leak some info about it?

What will the paragon and the renegade titan be able to?

As far as I know, the Reapers have Harvest and Destroy path choices, like the Council races have the Paragon and Renegade path choices. The Ravager is for the Destroy choice and you get Harbinger as the Titan for the Harvest choice.

As for their abilities, one of the Mod Creators would have to answer that one if they deem it appropriate at this phase of the mod's development.
