Sounds like a good idea; if everyone were to sign up for it before hand, they could all agree on what faction (and, more importantly, what race) they'll play as.

I'm good with the "no one calls dibs on anything just yet" policy. Especially since I think I called dibs on the Turians back in the Talk about anything thread. That is of course if I get my hands on the game in time.

There'll be tons of different games going on. You should just put one or two devs in each game. Everyone gets to play what they want. And like Yanxa said about signing up before hand.
