I was thinking will the CPU played races use the tactics as in the ME codex? Will the CPU use a reaper armada? Will the CPU have key decisive battles that can turn the tide? Will you improve the the CPU based on the ME universe or keep it the way as is?
If so I think the Mod team is open for suggestions on how to improve or alter the CPU for the mod.

In their darkest hours, a computer controlled Reaper faction should have the option to unleash Casey Hudson in attempt to troll the player into rage quitting.

Will the CPU use a reaper armada? I see what you did there. Jokes aside, the AI hasn't been discussed a lot at this point. Once all the structures and ships are in, we should be able to adjust the AI to suit the playstyle of the faction and pre-chosen tactics. Please feel free to continue to provide ideas for adjustments and improvements you want to see in the mod.

The AI Reaper's strategy should involve spreading out their forces (since the reapers objectives are to harvest the whole galaxy and the galaxy is a big place) so that you find Reaper ships everywhere but initially in small numbers. The larger your fleet when you are in their territory the more Reapers that should converge on your fleet. thay would use this tactic as a single Reaper could just handle a whole enemy fleet till support arrives (which is quickly considering the Reapers mass effect technology).
Cerberus AI should constantly attack their enemies' infrastructure and ambush lone ships but avoid their enemies, main fleets (unless on the defensive). They should use guerrilla tactics and subterfuge.
The Council, I suppose, can keep the vanilla SoaSE AI, considering the fact that they have superior numbers and are so varied.

Can any modders explicitly confirm that changing the AI's behavior is possible? Can this be done by editing the 'Gameplay.constants' file? From what I've seen you can only edit play style templates, so that all races would be affected equally, rather than any particular race having a particular play style.

You could have it so that each template is designed for a specific faction but can be given to any faction.
